I. Selection Basis:

( 1) In accordance with the National Sports Act and the relevant regulations of the Regulations Governing the Employment and Management of Full-time Sports Coaches in Schools at all levels.

( 2) Announced by the Taoyuan City Government Department of Education on October 27, 109 (2020), Taoyuan Education Sports Letter No. 1090093428Principles for the employment of external sports coaches in schools under Taoyuan City.

II. Selection Qualifications:
(1) Nationals of the Republic of China (Mainland Chinese residents who have been permitted to enter Taiwan must have been registered in Taiwan for10years or more).
(2) Possess one of the following qualifications:

1.Possess a full-time sports coach certificate for schools at all levels in the respective sport specialty.

2.Graduated from a university department or institute related to sports, and possess a national sports association C-level or above coach certificate in the sport.上運動教練證者。

3.Graduated from a university or above, and possess a national sports association C-level or above coach certificate in the sport.證者。

( 3) The following circumstances are prohibited from applying:

1.Circumstances as stipulated in Article 13, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs of the Regulations Governing the Employment and Management of Full-time Sports Coaches in Schools at all levels, Article 15, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs of the Regulations for the Supervision and Management of Full-time Sports Coaches, Article 14, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs and Article 19, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1 of the Teacher Act, and Article 27-1, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1 and Paragraph 3, first half of the Gender Equality Education Act.

            練輔導及管理辦法第15條第1項各款、教師法第14條第1項各款及第19條

            第1項第1款情形、性別平等教育法第27條之1第1項第1款、第3項前段情

            形之一。

2.Circumstances as stipulated in Article 13-1, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs of the Regulations Governing the Employment and Management of Full-time Sports Coaches in Schools at all levels, Article 16, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs of the Regulations for the Supervision and Management of Full-time Sports Coaches, Article 15, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs and Article 19, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 2 of the Teacher Act, and Article 27-1, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 2 and Paragraph 3, second half of the Gender Equality Education Act, within the period of 1 to 4 years from the date of the resolution.

       款、第19條第1項第2款情形、性別平等教育法第27條之1第1項第2款、

       第3項後段情形之一，於該議決1年至4年期間。

3.Circumstances as stipulated in Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations Governing the Employment and Management of Full-time Sports Coaches in Schools at all levels, Article 18, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations for the Supervision and Management of Full-time Sports Coaches, and Article 18, Paragraph 1 of the Teacher Act, within the period of 6 months to 3 years from the date of final suspension of employment.

            練輔導及管理辦法第18條第1項情形、教師法第18條第1項情形之一，於

            該終局停聘6個月至3年期間。

III. Selection Items: Part-time hourly coach. One principal candidate and several reserve candidates will be selected based on performance (if no suitable candidate is found, the position may remain vacant).

 (1) Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 15:30-20:30. Saturday and Sunday 09:00-12:00(NT$500 per hour)新臺幣500元).

     (2) After being hired, the coach must cooperate with the school's arrangements for training times (based on the school's actual training needs) and adjust training locations. Hourly training fees will be paid based on actual training hours.地點，並依實際訓練時數核發訓練鐘點費。

IV. Application Method: Applicants must download the application form (see attachment) in advance, fill in the information, affix a photo and a copy of their ID card, and submit copies of relevant documents.
V. Application Date: April 13, 111 (Wednesday), 08:00-12:00. Please apply in person at the school's Personnel Office. You may also authorize someone to apply on your behalf by filling out a power of attorney.

X. Supplementary Provisions:

   (1) If a hired part-time sports coach is found to be unqualified or has falsified or altered any documents, they shall be dismissed unconditionally from the date of employment. The applicant shall not claim any compensation or raise any objections and shall waive the right to prior defense. If criminal liability is involved, the applicant shall be responsible.

        (2) The employment period is from the actual date of employment until December 31, 111, and may be extended depending on the use of funds.

   （二）僱用期間自實際到職日起至111年12月31日止，並視經費使用情形(3) Salary: Hourly training fees will be paid based on actual training hours (including labor insurance and labor retirement). Salary will be paid once a month.

   （三）待遇：依實際訓練時數核發訓練鐘點費(含勞健保及勞退)，每月薪資付款乙次。
