Mother's Day is just around the corner. If you usually find it hard to express your feelings, seize this rare opportunity to show your deep respect and gratitude to your elders, parents, and teachers.

Activity Description: (Voluntary participation, each student can collect up to 40 signatures)

• Please complete chores or tasks assigned by your elders or teachers at home (e.g., give a 3-minute massage, take out the trash, hang clothes... The number of stamps can be decided based on the difficulty of the task).
• After collecting 20 signatures, submit this sheet to the Guidance Office. Remember to choose your reward: 2 commendations, or 8 hours of volunteer service, or 6 instances of school service. (Choose one out of three).
• During the points collection process, you must record a 30-60 second video of one service instance as proof. Upload the video to the cloud via the QR code above (Video filename: Student ID).
