| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau of the Council of Agriculture, dated April 11, 111 (Republic of China calendar), Ref: 1111859461. |
| 2. | The briefing sessions for this event will be conducted online and require advance registration (URL: https://reurl.cc/e6qxej). The registration deadline for each session is the Friday of the week prior to the commencement of the session. All schools are welcome to register and participate. The agenda primarily includes (1) sharing of experiences by principals of existing Cool Schools of Soil and Water Conservation, and (2) sharing of the Cool School of Soil and Water Conservation - Seed School Promotion Program and Promotion Demonstration Base Construction Program. The schedule for each session is as follows: |
| (1) | First session: April 27 (Wednesday), 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM, limited to 100 participants. |
| (2) | Second session: May 4 (Thursday), 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM, limited to 100 participants. |
| (3) | Third session: May 11 (Wednesday), 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM, limited to 100 participants. |
| 3. | Partner organizations (units) involved in soil and water conservation education promotion are also welcome to register for this briefing session to understand the progress and goals of the Cool School of Soil and Water Conservation program. Additionally, the briefing session will be simultaneously recorded and uploaded to the event website, allowing those unable to attend in person to access the details of the program online. |
