II. The important information of this principle is as follows:
(1) Prohibition of personnel participating in the practical skills test and measures for applying for re-examination:
1. Confirmed cases of severe novel infectious pneumonia, or candidates who are listed as "home isolation" or "home quarantine", "enhanced self-health management", or "self-health management" in accordance with the "Tracking and Management Mechanism for People at Risk of Infection" issued by the Central Epidemic Command Center.
2. The above-mentioned candidates may apply for a re-examination by telephone to the academic affairs office of the admitting school one day before the practical skills test, with the notification documents issued by the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control, Ministry of Health and Welfare.
(2) It is strictly forbidden to conceal personal physical symptoms (same as the content filled in the health declaration form). If found to be true, the qualification for the practical skills test will be canceled (scores will not be calculated), and it will be reported to the competent authority in accordance with the central epidemic reporting operation regulations and handled in accordance with the "Communicable Disease Control Act".
(3) Practical skills test (April 23, 111) matters needing attention:
1. On the day of the practical skills test, candidates should arrive at the test center in advance to register and submit the health declaration form.
2. On the day of the test, candidates should wear masks throughout the entire process and comply with the epidemic prevention regulations of the admitting school (temperature measurement, real-name registration, etc.).
3. Candidates should implement self-health monitoring. If they have fever (forehead temperature exceeding 37.5℃) and respiratory symptoms such as cough, they should actively inform the invigilator. An isolation room will be used on the day of the practical skills test according to the test room rules and actual needs.
4. If the candidate's school encounters class suspension or school-wide suspension, the candidate must proactively submit a negative test result (including home rapid test) within 24 hours before the test to the admitting school to be allowed to enter the test center to take the test.
5. Accompanying personnel:
(1) Parents are not allowed to accompany the test. If there are special reasons (such as candidates with disabilities, major illnesses, or sudden illnesses), parents may apply for accompanying services from the admitting school before the test. Only those who are approved may enter the campus.
(2) No resting area for parents will be set up. Candidates and approved accompanying parents are requested to rest in open spaces as much as possible.
(3) Accompanying personnel who are confirmed cases of severe novel infectious pneumonia, or who are listed as "home isolation" or "home quarantine", "enhanced self-health management", or "self-health management" in accordance with the "Tracking and Management Mechanism for People at Risk of Infection" issued by the Central Epidemic Command Center are prohibited from entering the campus.

(4) Registration process:
1.
