Principles for the Ministry of Education and its affiliated agencies to borrow teachers from senior secondary schools and kindergartens

| Subject: | Regarding the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") planning to borrow teachers in the 111 academic year to carry out supporting promotion tasks for the 12-year basic education curriculum guidelines, please inform your subordinates and take note. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the "Principles for Borrowing Teachers from Senior Secondary Schools and Kindergartens by the Ministry of Education and its Affiliated Agencies" (hereinafter referred to as the "Borrowing Principles") and the Department's letter No. 1110048150 dated April 14, 111, Ministry of Education. |
| II. | In order to carry out the aforementioned tasks, the Department plans to borrow teachers from public senior secondary schools in the 111 academic year to support the aforementioned administrative work at the Department. The job content and qualifications are as follows: |
| (1) | Teacher Qualifications: |
| 1. | Full-time teachers within the establishment of public senior secondary schools (excluding remote, outlying islands, indigenous areas, and schools with a total of 12 classes or fewer). |
| 2. | Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience, and possess relevant educational administrative knowledge, professional and practical experience in education. Those with educational administrative experience will be given priority consideration. |
| 3. | Must have a passion for educational administrative work and be conscientious and responsible. |
| 4. | Must be proficient in operating computer office software and have the ability to write official documents. |
| 5. | Must not have been subject to criminal or administrative disciplinary action. |
| (2) | Borrowing Period: From August 1, 111, to July 31, 112. |
| (3) | Service Location: Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Central Office (No. 738-4, Zhongzheng Road, Wufeng District, Taichung City). |
| (4) | Tasks: Administrative work related to senior secondary school curriculum and teaching. |
| (5) | Other matters shall be handled in accordance with the Borrowing Principles and relevant regulations. |
| III. | Please inform your teachers. If any teacher is interested, please send their resume via email to e-2134@mail.k12ea.gov.tw by June 2, 111 (Thursday), and indicate "Application for Borrowed Teacher for Curriculum Division" in the subject line. The Department will notify candidates individually for interviews. |
| IV. | Attached are the Borrowing Principles and resume format, one copy each. |
