To alleviate the burden of interest on loans for colleagues, borrowers of the housing purchase loan for civil servants and public employees of the Taoyuan City Government and the former townships and cities of Taoyuan County will only see a 0.125% increase in interest rates, effective retroactively from March 23, 111.

為減輕同仁貸款利息負擔，桃園市政府及原桃園縣各鄉鎮市公所公教人員輔購住宅貸款借款人負擔利率僅調升0.125%，並溯自111年3月23日生效。
說明：
一、依內政部營建署111年4月14日營署財字第1111071708、11110706972號函辦理，並檢附原函影本各1份。
二、上開貸款借款人負擔利率桃園市政府前以3月31日府人給字第1110081996號函轉知，自111年3月23日起由0.887%調升為1.137%，現配合中央減輕民眾貸款利息負擔，調整借款人負擔利率僅調升0.125%，爰上開貸款借款人負擔利率亦配合由0.887%調整為1.012%，並溯自同年3月23日生效。
