Information Platform for Educational Internships: Training for Mentors and System Operation Briefing Online Seminar

| Subject: | To inform you that the Ministry of Education has commissioned National Changhua University of Education to organize the 111th National Education Internship Information Platform "Counseling Teacher Competency Training and System Operation Online Seminar". We request that those who meet the participation criteria actively participate. Please acknowledge receipt. |

| I. | Based on the Ministry of Education's letter dated April 15, 111, No. TAI-SHI-(4)-1110038363. |
| II. | To assist internship supervising teachers in educational internship institutions in using the "Education Internship Performance Evaluation" function of the aforementioned platform for evaluating the performance of education interns, the Ministry of Education has commissioned National Changhua University of Education to organize the following seminar: |
| (1) | Participants: Full-time teachers with at least 3 years of teaching experience who are currently serving or intend to serve as internship supervising teachers in secondary and elementary schools, kindergartens, special education schools (classes), experimental education schools, and experimental education institutions. |
| (2) | In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, this seminar will be conducted online. The links for each session are detailed in the implementation plan. Please sign in and out online. Participants who complete the entire session will be awarded 3 hours of training credit. The sessions and times are as follows: |
| 1. | Session 1: July 4, 111 (Monday), 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| 2. | Session 2: July 5, 111 (Tuesday), 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| 3. | Session 3: July 6, 111 (Wednesday), 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| 4. | Session 4: July 7, 111 (Thursday), 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| (3) | Registration: Please complete online registration for one session by 5:00 PM on June 27, 111 (Monday) via the National Teacher In-service Education Information Network (http://www1.inservice.edu.tw). If you do not have an account on the information network, please send an email with your school name, name, unit, contact information, and ID number (for issuing training credits) to stella1220@cc.ncue.edu.tw to register. |
