Announcement Compilation

The Technical and Vocational Education Teaching Center of Taoyuan Municipal Senior High Schools (hereinafter referred to as the "Vocational Center") will hold a workshop on "Vocational Education Promotion for Junior High School Teachers in the 110th Academic Year."

I. In accordance with the city's plan to improve senior high school curriculum and teaching.
II. To deepen the understanding of vocational education in our city among junior high school teachers, and to facilitate the guidance of junior high school students in their career choices, this series of vocational education promotion seminars is specially organized.
III. The details of the aforementioned seminar are as follows:
(1) Time: May 3, 111 (Tuesday), from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
(2) Location: First Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Administration Building, National Taipei University of Technology Affiliated Taoyuan Agricultural and Industrial Senior High School, as well as the Farm Management Department Building and the Power Machinery Department Building.
(3) Participants: Teachers from public junior high schools in Taoyuan City, including homeroom teachers, full-time teachers, and teachers with administrative duties (please do not assign substitute teachers to attend).
(4) Number of participants: To comply with epidemic prevention measures, the scale will be reduced. The number of participating teachers is limited to 20.
(5) Seminar content: Please refer to the attachment for details.
(6) Registration deadline: From now until May 2, 111 (Monday) at 12:00 PM.
(7) Registration method: Online registration is available at https://tinyurl.com/tyc110skill. Teachers from the same school who register first will be given priority. Successful registrants will be notified by email.

IV. Please grant participating teachers official leave to attend, as per your authority. The teaching duties that are missed during the seminar can be covered by hiring substitute teachers according to regulations, and substitute teacher fees can be paid from the local education development fund for the year 111, under the budget for school expenses - personnel costs - employment and part-time personnel salaries - part-time personnel remuneration. If there are any shortfalls, the bureau will also handle the subsidy accordingly.
V. Participants who attend the entire seminar will be awarded 3 hours of teacher professional development credit.
VI. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, please comply with epidemic prevention regulations and wear masks. To protect the environment, all participants are requested to bring their own reusable cups.
VII. The expenses for the seminar will be covered by the city's plan to improve senior high school curriculum and teaching.
