For your information, regarding the recruitment of invigilators for the 2022 Senior High School and Kindergarten Teacher Qualification Examination, please register yourself if you are interested in serving as an invigilator.

Details:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai-Shih-Zi-1112602064, dated May 10, 2022.

2. In accordance with the "Principles for the Establishment of Examination Centers for the Senior High School and Kindergarten Teacher Qualification Examination (hereinafter referred to as the Examination)": "The recruitment of invigilators for this examination shall, in principle, be limited to civil servants from public agencies and faculty and staff or retired public servants from all levels of schools in the respective examination districts." This examination will also include special examination rooms for epidemic prevention and isolation. Individuals with a nursing background are welcome to participate.

3. Examination Date: Saturday, June 4, 2022, for one day.

4. Examination Locations and Sessions: As per Attachment 1.

5. Epidemic Prevention Measures:
(1) It is required to have completed 3 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and have passed 14 days (based on the examination date of June 4th, vaccination must be completed by May 21st (inclusive) at the latest). For those who have only completed 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and have passed 14 days (based on the examination date of June 4th, vaccination must be completed by May 21st (inclusive) at the latest), a negative test result (including home rapid test) or PCR nucleic acid test result within 48 hours prior to the examination must be provided.
(2) All invigilators are required to wear masks, have their temperature taken, and complete and submit the "Health Care Questionnaire" upon entering the examination venue.

6. Lunch will be provided on the day of the examination and will be purchased collectively by the examination center of each school.

7. If you are interested in serving as an invigilator for this examination, please first confirm that you have no other important commitments on the examination day, then directly contact the organizing school of the examination (district) (address and contact information as per Attachment 2). Please be sure to attend on the day to serve as an invigilator and participate in relevant briefing sessions.
