V-Watch has included children and adolescents under 18 years of age in its tracking and monitoring program since May 3, 111 (2022). With the consent of parents or guardians, health reports can be filled out via mobile phone to actively strengthen monitoring, collect and analyze common adverse reactions after vaccination in this group, improve the safety monitoring of COVID-19 vaccines for children and adolescents, and enhance related care and response efficiency. The scan and registration must be completed within three days after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. If you have not been vaccinated, please do not scan to avoid data mismatch, which may prevent you from joining later. Regardless of whether you join V-Watch or not, if you experience discomfort or any health problems after vaccination, please be sure to seek medical attention at a healthcare facility for timely diagnosis and treatment to clarify the cause.
