| 1. | In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for the National Education Guidance Group of the Taoyuan City Government Department of Education". |
| 2. | Application period: From now until June 17, 111. |
| 3. | The selection process for guidance counselors is summarized as follows (details in the attachment): |
| (1) | Continuing Counselors: Principals of the guidance groups may recommend outstanding counselors for reappointment. Counselors should submit their application forms and consent letters from their schools to the Department for processing. The general convener will then report the review results to the Department. |
| (2) | New Counselors: |
| 1. | Qualification Review: The Department will conduct a qualification review. Applicants whose submitted materials are deemed qualified will be notified by their respective groups to attend the secondary review. |
| 2. | Secondary Review: Each guidance group will invite scholars, experts, and educational administrators in relevant fields (topics) to form a selection committee to conduct a written review. The review method will be determined based on professional needs. The secondary review period is from June 27 to July 1, 111. Applicants should attend the secondary review at the time and location designated by the guidance group (online meetings are acceptable). The guidance groups will report the secondary review results to the Department by July 5, 111. |
| 4. | Announcement of Results: After the selection process is completed and the list of successful candidates is finalized, it will be published on the website of the National Education Guidance Group of this city. |
| 5. | Each person is limited to applying for one field (topic) guidance group and cannot apply for multiple fields. |
| 6. | Please mail the relevant application forms by registered mail to: "15th Floor, No. 1, County Hall Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City 330206, Attn: Junior High Education Section, Department of Education, Taoyuan City Government." Please also note "Application for Taoyuan City National Education Guidance Group Counselor" in the blank space of the envelope. The postmark will be the basis for timeliness, and late submissions will not be accepted. |
