| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, dated June 6, 111, No. 1110152261. |
| 2. | To promote farm-to-table education, the Council has established the "Farm-to-Table Education Teaching Resources Platform" (website: https://fae.coa.gov.tw/), which provides teaching plans, materials, knowledge, venues, and related websites for farm-to-table education. |
| 3. | To enrich the platform's content and showcase the characteristics of Taiwan's local agricultural products, the "Taiwan Agricultural Products Map" unit was established in 109. The content includes nine major units: understanding agricultural products, local characteristics, understanding production areas, production methods, nutritional content, selection and storage, cooking and processing, food culture, and agricultural fun. It presents information on local agriculture and characteristic culture in an easy-to-understand manner. You are welcome to make full use of it. |
| 4. | To familiarize everyone with the platform's functions, the Council is holding the "Summer Farm-to-Table Fun: Ingredient Treasure Hunt Adventure" event, with a total prize money exceeding NT$100,000. Teachers and students of all levels, farm-to-table teachers, and teacher training students in universities and colleges are welcome to participate. |
