| 2. | To raise public awareness, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and ultimately actions towards cherishing food (hereinafter referred to as "food waste reduction"), and to encourage the implementation of food waste reduction concepts in daily life, the Administration is organizing this selection activity. We invite all sectors to participate and usher in a new era of Taiwanese cuisine! |
| 3. | Registration for this activity is open from now until August 15, 111 (2022) (Monday) at 12:00 PM due to the pandemic. Relevant information is as follows: |
| (1) | Eligibility: Chefs in the culinary industry, students, teachers, industry professionals, environmental educators, and the general public interested in promoting culinary or food waste reduction culture are all welcome to participate. |
| (2) | Selection Categories: Divided into two groups: Food Waste Reduction Recipes and Food Waste Reduction Teaching Materials. |
