| Subject: | For your information: The Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has forwarded the application guidelines for the 2022 "Hon Hai Scholarship Whale" scholarship program by the Hon Hai Education Foundation. Please take note. |

| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letters dated June 7, 2022, Ref. No. 1110071749 and June 7, 2022, Ref. No. 1110073013. |
| 2. | Students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds can apply through their schools. The scholarship amount is NT$8,000 per person per year. Schools interested in applying for this "Scholarship Whale" program should complete the "School Participation Intent Survey" online by June 17, 2022. The link for the survey is: |
