| Subject: | Forwarding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' assistance in encouraging elementary and middle school students to participate in the "PaGamO Overseas Safety Online Learning Activity" organized by the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please be informed. |

| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Secondary and Elementary Education's letter dated June 6, 111 (2022), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1110071113. |
| 2. | To protect the rights and interests of our citizens and to instill correct concepts of overseas safety from an early age, the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has commissioned the PaGamO online education platform to organize two overseas safety online learning promotion activities for junior and senior high school students. The first activity will run from June 7 to August 16 of this year (111/2022), coinciding with the "Poge's Summer Pineapple Island Adventure" video. The second activity will run from October 4 to December 13, coinciding with the "Poge's Snowy Country Adventure" video. |
| 3. | The aforementioned online learning activities integrate the content of two animated videos, gradually introducing essential pre-departure preparations, procedures for replacing lost passports abroad, seeking medical attention overseas, evacuating during major natural disasters, customs regulations for entering various countries, and emergency responses to theft abroad, as well as the overseas emergency assistance services provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its overseas missions. |
| 4. | To encourage students in senior and elementary schools to complete the learning activities, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will draw 10 participants from each group to receive a NT$1,000 welfare gift voucher and another 10 participants to receive a Poge neck pillow. Additionally, one iPad Mini will be drawn from all participants of each session. We kindly request your assistance in promoting these activities to encourage students to actively participate. |
