| 1. | In accordance with your bureau's letter dated March 29, 111, No. 1110026395. |
| 2. | Participants: Taoyuan City elementary and junior high schools. |
| 3. | Purpose: To encourage elementary and junior high schools in the city to utilize the resources of the Disaster Prevention Education Center for off-campus learning and experiential activities, thereby enhancing disaster prevention awareness. |
| 4. | Period of Implementation: To be completed before December 25, 111. |
| 5. | Activity Content: Schools interested in participating are welcome to apply. After the city government approves the subsidy for selected schools, the visiting schools shall proactively schedule their visit dates with the Taoyuan City Disaster Prevention Education Center (reservations can be made via the Disaster Prevention Education Center's website). Visits to the center will generally be half-day sessions, with one hour allocated for guided tours and one hour for experiential activities. The center is open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. |
| 6. | Financial Subsidy: Each school will be subsidized NT$6,000 per session. Each school can apply for a maximum of 2 sessions. The subsidized funds can be used for expenses such as transportation, student insurance, meals, and miscellaneous costs. A total of 50 sessions are planned for subsidies, on a first-come, first-served basis. Any remaining costs not covered by the subsidy will be borne by the school. |

| 8. | Submission of Results: Schools that receive subsidies are required to submit the activity report (Attachment 1) and the detailed expenditure statement (Attachment 2) to the Student Affairs Office of Taoyuan City Yangming Elementary School within two weeks after the activity concludes (mailing address: No. 50, Lane 390, Section 1, Zhongshan North Road, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City, 326). |
