| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Mackay Memorial Hospital Craniofacial Foundation dated June 9, 111 (2022) (Ref: (2022) Craniofacial Foundation Letter No. 035). |
| 2. | The scholarship includes three categories: Special Talent Outstanding Scholarship, Outstanding Scholarship, and Subsidy. Please inform students that the application period is from August 15, 111 (2022) to September 16, 111 (2022). For application guidelines and eligibility, please refer to the attached documents and the Mackay Memorial Hospital Craniofacial Foundation website (http://www.nncf.org) under "News and Events/Event Information."
