| I. | As NTNU approaches its centennial in 2022, the university has organized the "Centennial Legacy, Epochal Masterpieces - NTNU Centennial Alumni Art Exhibition" to invite alumni who graduated before 1985 to participate. This exhibition adheres to the principle of "free creation," with no restrictions on the year of creation or medium. Participants are also welcome to create new works inspired by the centennial. Approximately 120 pieces will be exhibited, aiming to add the most brilliant and colorful strokes to NTNU's centennial celebration. |
| II. | During the exhibition period, the NTNU Museum will also host two other exhibitions. |
| (1) | "Alumni's Artistic Hearts, Centennial Cultural Spirit" showcases the latest art and design works created by alumni to celebrate the university's birthday, from the 99th anniversary to the present. |
| (2) | "Trans-Art: Experimental Base for the Construction and Promotion of Forward-Looking Display Technology in Art Venues by the Ministry of Education" exhibits the collaborative results of the Museum Preparatory Office, the College of Science and Engineering, and the College of Arts. The faculty and student team uses new media technology to "translate" NTNU's collection of artworks, not only allowing static paintings to interact with the audience but also creating a dialogue across time and space with the artists. |
| III. | The exhibition period for all the above is from May 31 to July 16, 2022. The museum is open to the public free of charge from Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM. Group tours for 5 or more people can also be booked.
