| 2. | To promote intergenerational exchange and dialogue and to create an age-friendly environment, the National Taiwan Library, in collaboration with the Hongdao Elderly Welfare Foundation and the New Taipei City Government Social Affairs Bureau, is organizing the "Not Old, But Bewildered: Intergenerational Dialogue Exhibition." To encourage interaction and exchange between younger and older generations, an "Onion Story Essay Contest" has been planned, encouraging high school students nationwide to record their life experiences with their elders. |
| 3. | Please read the event brochure (attached) carefully for details, or download it from the "Latest News" section on the library's official website (www.ntl.edu.tw). Relevant information is as follows: |
| (1) | Theme: Please set your own title, which must be related to the theme of "Intergenerational Harmony," and share life stories with elders in your family. |
| (2) | Genre: Prose, approximately 1,500 characters per essay. |
| (3) | Submission Deadline: From now until August 31, 111 (2022). |
| (4) | Submission Method: Please send your submitted essay, consent form, and signed consent form from a legal guardian or agent (format as attached) via email to hendy@mail.ntl.edu.tw (please indicate "Onion Story - Your Name" in the email subject). |
