Regarding the implementation plan for the city's 111th year "Special Education 3-Credit Course" training program organized by Zhongpu Elementary School (City Special Education Guidance Group).

| I. | In accordance with the Bureau's letter of January 7, 111 (Tao Jiao Te Zi No. 1110001243) and the implementation plan for the 111th year special education 3-credit class training in Taoyuan City. |
| II. | In accordance with Article 7 of the Special Education Act: "(Paragraph 2) Special education schools and all levels of schools with special education classes shall employ personnel with special education-related expertise and supervisors of special education schools. (Paragraph 3) The aforementioned expertise in special education refers to having completed at least 3 credits in special education." |
| III. | The summary of this training course is as follows: (Details in the implementation plan) |
| (1) | Time: From July 12 to August 20, 111, a total of 9 days of classes (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM). |
| (2) | Location: Zhongpu Elementary School, 3rd Floor Audiovisual Classroom (No. 1054, Yongan Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City). |
| (3) | Target audience and number of participants: |
| 1. | Target audience: Principals, directors, team leaders or staff responsible for special education affairs, regular class teachers, and administrative staff from educational authorities within the city's jurisdiction who have not yet obtained 3 credits in special education. |
| 2. | Number of participants: 50 people for this session. If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, a maximum of 1 person per school will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (based on email receipt order). |
| IV. | Registration deadline and method: By June 24, 111, scan the stamped registration form (Attachment 1) and the proof of school service, and send them via email to the mailbox of Team Leader Li Hui-ru of the Counseling Office at Zhongpu Elementary School (wi-sha-mi@yahoo.com.tw). |
| V. | Participants attending the aforementioned course will be granted official leave (business trip) registration, provided it does not interfere with their teaching duties and they are responsible for their own leave arrangements. |
