| 1. | Our university's Graduate Institute of Mass Communication and Taiwan Media Watch Foundation will be holding a media literacy camp on August 10, 2022 (Wednesday). |
| 2. | The theme of this year's camp is "My Show, My Way." The "Children and Youth Jury Award" is the most special award, where we will invite the primary audience – children and teenagers – to serve as jurors and select the programs they deem best! This initiative establishes a perspective centered on children and youth, allowing them to watch, listen to, and evaluate "Children and Youth Programs." From the "value content" relevant to children and youth to the "generation of scoring criteria," everything will be learned, participated in, discussed, collaborated on, critically thought about, and decided by the children and youth themselves in an autonomous and democratic manner. |
| 3. | Camp Information: |
| (1) | Target Audience: National elementary school students (upper grades), junior high school students, and senior high school students aged 10 to 17. There are also reserved spots for children and youth with disabilities, indigenous youth, and new immigrant youth. |
| (2) | Number of Participants: 10 elementary school students, 10 junior high school students, and 10 senior high school students, for a total of 30 participants. At least one-third of the participants will be of a single gender. |
| (3) | Date and Time: August 10, 2022 (Wednesday) from 9:30 to 17:30, and August 11, 2022 (Thursday) from 9:00 to 12:00. |
| (4) | Location: 6th Floor Meeting Room, Taipei City Social Welfare Center for People with Disabilities (No. 5, Lane 2, Chang'an West Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City, 6th Floor. Near Zhongshan MRT Station "Zhongshan Underground Mall R5"). |
