| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. T.C.W.(6) No. 1112502553, dated June 10, 111. |
| 2. | To assist foreigners in learning and using Mandarin more conveniently, the Ministry of Education has launched the "Huayu 101" (Website: https://lmit.edu.tw/lc/huayu101/) online Mandarin learning material, which can be used immediately upon learning. It includes Mandarin conversations for 12 basic daily life situations, covering topics from greetings to making friends, tourism to business, transportation to accommodation, shopping to making reservations, and emergency assistance to medical treatment. Since its launch in May 2018, it has been used by approximately 130,000 people and has received widespread acclaim. |
| 3. | To enable Mandarin learners both domestically and abroad to use this learning material more smoothly, the Ministry of Education has launched the "Huayu 101" APP, available in iOS and Android versions. We encourage everyone to download and use it. |

| 4. | Additionally, the Ministry of Education has established the "Learn Mandarin in Taiwan" section on the "Taiwan Mandarin Educational Resources Center" (Website: https://lmit.edu.tw/lc), offering free online Mandarin learning courses such as "Start From Scratch," "Intermediate Chinese," "FLTA Story Book Series," "Mandarin in 300 sentences," and "Fall in Love With Mandarin." We welcome Mandarin teachers and individuals interested in learning Mandarin to search and use these resources online. |
