Online Certification Workshop for Local Language (Hakka) Teaching Support Staff (July Session)

Subject: Regarding the online certification and training for national and junior high school native language (Hakka) teaching support staff for the 110th academic year in our city (July session), please widely disseminate this information and encourage your subordinates to actively register and participate. Please be informed.
Explanation:  
I. In accordance with the Bureau's letter dated December 15, 110 (Taipei Education Elementary Letter No. 110115016) and Xinwu District Xinwu Junior High School's letter dated June 8, 111 (Wu Xiao Jiao Zi No. 1110003816).
II. The details of the aforementioned training are summarized as follows:
(1) Training Dates: Monday, July 4, 111 to Friday, July 8, 111, a total of 5 days (36 hours).
(2) All training sessions will be conducted online. The list of admitted participants after review will be announced on the latest news section of the city's Education Bureau website and the homepage of Xinwu Junior High School on Wednesday, June 29, 111. The organizing school, Xinwu Junior High School, will separately notify participants of the course link and meeting code for subsequent course participation.
(3) Registration Qualifications (meeting any one of the following 5 qualifications and being over 18 years old):
1. Those who hold a Hakka language teaching support staff certificate issued by the Ministry of Education in 91 (or commissioned by the Ministry of Education by our city in 97) and are still willing to pursue further education to obtain the city's re-verification and certification qualification.
2. Those who hold an intermediate or advanced Hakka language proficiency certificate from the Hakka Affairs Council.
3. Those who are enrolled in a "Hakka Language Graduate Institute" at a domestic university and hold a graduation certificate or completion certificate from that university (institute).
4. Retired teachers from public and private senior high schools and below (including public kindergartens) in our city who have proof of attending over 72 hours of Hakka language-related training during their tenure in 91.
5. Current teachers in public and private senior high schools and below (including public kindergartens) in our city who present their teaching certificate and proof of attending over 72 hours of beginner to advanced Hakka language training after 91.
III. Review Method for Registration Qualifications: Prepare copies of relevant supporting documents (please add "Consistent with the original" and sign to take responsibility, as detailed in the attached implementation plan). Registration is open from now until Friday, June 24, 111. Please register by registered mail (the recipient unit on the envelope should be the Academic Affairs Office of Xinwu Junior High School, address: No. 196, Zhongzheng Road, Xinwu District, 327 Taoyuan City, and please indicate "Registration for Hakka Teaching Support Staff Online Certification"). The postmark will be the basis for timeliness; late submissions will not be accepted.
IV. Schools are requested to grant official leave for teachers with teaching duties or teaching support staff.
V. The training will be conducted via live online broadcast. Participants must attend online synchronously. Hours will not be granted for online roll calls missed or online assignments not submitted in a timely manner. Trainees may not raise any objections.
