| 1. | Based on the "Hualien County Government's Letter No. 1110117436B dated June 13, 111." (111 is the ROC year, equivalent to 2022). |
| 2. | In order to encourage students to actively explore local humanities, history, natural geography, marine environment, and multicultural integration, appreciate the beauty of Hualien's culture, foster a humanistic and local sentiment, cultivate democratic literacy, and strengthen respect for and coexistence with the overall natural environment, the Hualien County Government is organizing the aforementioned competition. Relevant information is as follows: |
| (1) | Registration Period: From now until September 30, 111 (Friday) at 12:00 PM, online registration via the competition website. |
| (2) | Registration Website: https://student.hlc.edu.tw. |
| (3) | Participants: National primary and secondary school students (based on the 111th academic year enrollment). |
| (4) | Subsidy Information for Teams from Other Counties and Cities: |
| 1. | After completing the competition registration and uploading documents, the first 25 teams selected to enter the preliminary (final) round will be subsidized for accommodation and transportation costs (reimbursed based on actual expenses). |
| 2. | Each team that reaches the finals will be subsidized for document photocopying fees. |
