| Subject: | We are sending you the "Kejiang Peace Lamp" Lighting and Love Transmission Public Welfare Support Activity Plan for the 111th year of our museum. We kindly ask for your assistance in informing your affiliated organizations or groups and encouraging them to actively register and participate. Please acknowledge receipt. |
| Explanation: |
| 1. | In order to shorten the gap between the rich and the poor and promote science education, this activity is planned to provide economically disadvantaged students with a fully free outdoor educational opportunity (including admission fees, transportation, insurance, meal expenses, etc.). |
| 2. | The activity dates are from now until November 30, 111. The target audience is economically disadvantaged students from public and private children and youth social welfare organizations and related units registered with the government in the Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu regions, attending junior high or elementary schools. We kindly ask for your assistance in informing your affiliated organizations or groups and encouraging them to actively register and participate. Those interested should submit an official letter and complete the activity plan (including application form, student visit roster, remittance information form, etc.). Our museum will approve application fees on a first-come, first-served basis. Funds are limited and available until depleted. |
| 3. | If applying for this program under the name of a social welfare organization, in addition to the official letter and completed activity plan attachments (including application form, student visit roster, remittance information form, etc.), copies of the applicant organization's registration certificate and articles of association must also be submitted. Our museum will also randomly select 3 economically disadvantaged students for verification of their hardship certificates to ensure authenticity. |
| 4. | Related expenses can only be paid after our museum has replied to your unit confirming the application approval. Expenses cannot be paid for unapproved applications. If you have already applied and visited as scheduled, please disregard this notice. |
| 5. | If your unit has already applied for this program this year and received approval from our museum, please visit on the approved date. If you have temporarily canceled due to the epidemic but still wish to visit, please confirm with the person in charge at our museum via email and phone two weeks before the confirmed date. No further written application is required. |
