| 1. | In accordance with the "110 Academic Year Promotion of Twelve-Year Basic Education to Improve Junior and Senior High School Teacher Teaching Professionalism and Curriculum Quality Project - Teaching Mentor Training and Workshop Implementation Plan" of this city. |
| 2. | Participants who wish to obtain certification are requested to complete the 24-hour training course and the 6-hour practical discussion course. After completing four professional feedback practices within three years, submit the relevant documents to the "Ministry of Education Principal and Teacher Professional Development Support Platform" (Website: https://proteacher.moe.edu.tw) before June 30, 111. The Taoyuan City Principal and Teacher Professional Development Center will review the documents, and upon approval, the Teaching Mentor Certificate will be issued. |
| 3. | The certification qualifications are as follows: |
| (1) Completion of the advanced training workshop for professional feedback personnel, totaling 24 hours. (2) Completion of the advanced practical discussion course for professional feedback personnel, totaling 6 hours. |
| (3) Completion of four teaching professional practices within three years, as follows: |
| 1. Serve as a professional feedback person, observe peer teachers' open classes, and provide dialogue or feedback based on lesson preparation, observation, and discussion at least twice. |
| 2. Assist in mentoring student teachers, novice teachers, newly appointed teachers, or teachers who voluntarily seek professional growth for at least 12 weeks. |
| 3. Open your own classes for public teaching at least twice. |
| 4. Serve as the convener of a teacher professional learning community, with proof of certification issued by the school. |
