2022 Food and Agriculture Outdoor Education Program Plan

Subject: Regarding the city's "111 Academic Year Food and Agriculture Outdoor Education Activity Plan," schools interested in participating are encouraged to submit their applications. Please be informed.
Explanation:  
I. This bureau's official letter of April 8, 111 (Tao Jiao Ti Zi No. 1110032381) is acknowledged.
II. The period for the aforementioned plan has been extended. It encourages teachers and students to get close to nature and participate in leisure agricultural tourism. Through agricultural experience activities, it promotes the concepts of food and agriculture education and environmental education, thereby driving local business opportunities in the city's agricultural areas.
III. The implementation methods for this project are as follows:
(1) Application Period:
1. Ninth batch: Public and private elementary and junior high schools, public and private kindergartens, and non-profit kindergartens in Taoyuan City can submit applications from now until August 22, 111 (Monday) at 16:00.
2. Tenth batch: Announcement will be made if applications are not filled.
(2) The required documents for funding application include the application plan (Table 1) and the budget estimate table (Table 2).
(3) Application Method: Within the application period, please have the aforementioned application documents stamped and then mail the original copy (without a cover letter) to Mr. Pan Guang-dao, Director of Student Affairs at Zili Elementary School, Zhongli District (Address: No. 1200, Yongfu Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City, 320. Please write "Food and Agriculture Outdoor Education Activity" on the envelope). Additionally, please email the electronic version to zles606@stu.zles.tyc.edu.tw (please indicate "School Food and Agriculture Outdoor Education Activity Plan" in the email subject line) to facilitate the review process.
(4) Project Content: Each school should select at least one location from the city's list of leisure farms. If there are environmental education facilities, tourist factories, or industrial culture museums nearby, they can also be included in the itinerary as planned. (Please refer to the attachment)
(5) Funding Subsidy: A maximum subsidy of NT$15,000 per group will be provided (including admission fees, transportation, insurance, activity materials, etc.). To ensure safety and prevent driver fatigue, it is encouraged that schools participating in the food and agriculture outdoor education plan use tour buses registered in Taoyuan City for local services.

V. Attached is 1 copy of the aforementioned activity plan (including the city's list of leisure farms).
