To inform you about the amendments to Articles 3 and 11 of the Regulations Governing Leave for Civil Servants, the general explanation, and the comparative table of articles, as amended and promulgated by the Examination Yuan and the Executive Yuan on June 27, 2022.

轉知有關111年6月27日考試院會同行政院修正發布之公務人員請假規則第3條、第11條修正條文、總說明及條文對照表各1份。
說明：
一、依本府人事處案陳銓敘部111年6月29日部法二字第1115467159號函辦理，並附原函影本1份。
二、配合性別工作平等法部分條文111年1月12日修正公布並自同年月18日施行，該法將「陪產假」修正為「陪產檢及陪產假」，爰作本次修正。旨揭規則修正重點係修正上開假別名稱、給假條件、給假日數及給假期間；明定各機關對公務人員依規定申請家庭照顧假、生理假、產前假、娩假、流產假、陪產檢及陪產假，以及因安胎事由申請其他假別之假時，不得拒絕，亦不得影響其考績或為其他不利之處分，以及公務人員因安胎事由請二日以上之假者，應檢具合法醫療機構或醫師證明書。
