| Explanation: |
| 1. | The registration period for the aforementioned certification is from June 13, 2022, to August 5, 2022, and the certification date is October 1, 2022 (Saturday). For registration methods, please search for "2022 [2nd] Hakka Language Proficiency Intermediate and Advanced Certification, Advanced Certification" (https://hakka.sce.ntnu.edu.tw/hakka_high/index.php). |
| 2. | The Bureau has established incentive measures for Hakka language certification. The incentive measures are as follows: |
| (1) | 2022 Taoyuan City Government Hakka Affairs Bureau Encouragement for Group Registration for Hakka Language Proficiency Certification Implementation Plan: |
| 1. | Teams of 10 or more people registering will be subsidized for registration fees, meal expenses, and miscellaneous expenses. |
| 2. | Teams of 15 or more people registering will be subsidized for registration fees, meal expenses, transportation costs (up to NT$8,000 per tour bus), work expenses, insurance fees, and miscellaneous expenses. |
| 3. | Applications are due by August 12, 2022 (Friday), based on the postmark. |
| (2) | 2022 Taoyuan City Hakka Language Proficiency Certification Group Registration Incentive Plan: |
| 1. | Each unit is limited to registering one group, with each group having at least 15 people. Each person is limited to participating in one group, and the examination location must be within the Taoyuan examination center. |
| 2. | There are two incentive mechanisms for group registration: "Registration Numbers Competition" and "Pass Rate Competition", with the highest reward being NT$10,000 in gift certificates. |
| 3. | Applications are due by September 5, 2022 (Monday). |
| (3) | Points to Note for Encouraging Citizens to Participate in Hakka Language Proficiency Certification Subsidies: |
| 1. | Citizens registered in Taoyuan who pass the intermediate certification can apply for a NT$2,000 reward. Those who pass the advanced certification can apply for a NT$3,000 reward. Those who pass the advanced certification can apply for a NT$6,000 reward. |
| 2. | Applications should be submitted to the district office of your household registration within 30 days of receiving the certificate of qualification. |
| (4) | Points to Note for Encouraging Employees of Affiliated Agencies, Schools, and Enterprises of this Government to Improve Hakka Language Proficiency: |
| 1. | Government employees in this city who take the Hakka language certification exam may apply for official leave or compensatory leave. Those who pass the intermediate certification can apply for NT$2,000 in gift certificates. Those who pass the advanced certification can apply for NT$3,000 in gift certificates. Those who pass the advanced certification can apply for NT$5,000 in gift certificates and commendation. |
| 2. | Applications should be submitted to the respective agencies, schools, or enterprises within 2 months of receiving the certificate of qualification, and will be processed by the respective agencies, schools, or enterprises according to their authority. |
| (5) | 2022 Taoyuan City Government Hakka Language Promotion and Training Implementation Plan: |
| 1. | Training categories: Practical Hakka Training Class, Hakka Certification Training Class, Hakka Certification Executive Class. |
| 2. | Target audience and number of participants: Generally adults, with each applying unit recruiting at least 15 people. |
| 3. | Upon application by the unit, the Bureau will arrange for Hakka instructors to teach at the designated location. |
| (6) | The aforementioned reward money (citizen qualification reward and employee qualification gift certificates) cannot be applied for repeatedly. |
