| I. | This is handled in accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. TAI JIAO SHE (4) ZI DI 1112402840 dated July 4, 111. |
| II. | To strengthen the knowledge of scenario speech competition judges for the National Chinese Language Competition and improve the quality of judging, the Ministry of Education has commissioned National Chengchi University to organize training for scenario speech judging talents. The training courses will also include the pilot reader's theater competition matters for 111. |
| III. | Training information is as follows: |
| (1) | Eligibility: Those who meet the following qualifications will be jointly selected by the organizer and the executive unit, and the official list of admitted participants will be announced. |
| 1. | Has served as a judge for the National Chinese Language Competition scenario speech competition. |
| 2. | Has been recommended by a special municipality or county (city) to serve as a judge for the scenario speech competition. |
| 3. | Has served as a judge for the scenario speech competition in a special municipality or county (city). |
| 4. | Indigenous language teachers in schools. |
| (2) | Training time and sessions: From July 25 (Monday) to August 17 (Wednesday), 111, conducted by language category: 1 session for Minnan, 2 sessions for Hakka, and 8 sessions for indigenous languages, totaling 11 sessions (details in Section V, "Training Time and Location" of the brochure). |
