111 Academic Year Environmental Education Personnel Certification [Regulations] Extension Training

| Subject: | This bureau will hold the "2022 Environmental Education Personnel Certification [Regulations] Extension Training" on August 19, 2022 (Friday). We kindly request your school to encourage its faculty and staff to actively register and participate. Please acknowledge receipt. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the bureau's letter dated April 26, 2022, No. 1110038394, Tao Jiao Ti Zi. |
| II. | The purpose of this training is to assist faculty and staff who are long-term promoters of environmental education in schools to meet the application qualifications, thereby encouraging participation in environmental education personnel certification. Through the environmental education personnel certification training, we aim to enhance the environmental education literacy of school environmental education promoters, facilitating their future work in promoting environmental education in schools. |
| III. | Training information is as follows: |
| (1) | Date: August 19, 2022 (Friday), 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| (2) | Training Method: |
| 1. | To be conducted in person. |
| 2. | Location: 4th Floor Library, Tongde Junior High School (No. 487 Nanping Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City). Parking on the day will be guided by volunteers. Parking spaces are limited, so carpooling or using public transportation is recommended. |
| 3. | Number of Participants: 90 principals and teachers from city high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools. |
| 4. | Registration Method: |
| (1) | Registration opens on July 20, 2022, and closes on August 19, 2022. Participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis through the Taoyuan City Education Development Resource Portal system. A maximum of two participants per school will be accepted. |
| (2) | Staff involved in the training activities and registered participants who have been approved will be granted official (business) leave during the event, provided it does not interfere with their teaching duties and they do not claim substitute teacher fees. |
| (3) | Registration: Please register through the Taoyuan City Education Development Resource Portal system at https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/ActQry.aspx - Tongde Junior High School, to facilitate the issuance of teacher training hours. |
| IV. | Participants who attend the entire training session will be awarded 3 hours of training credit and a certificate of completion. |
