| 1. | To promote the art of calligraphy, while also organizing the review of traditional calligraphy and the introduction of contemporary calligraphic creations, our museum is holding the "Wild Brush, Mad Ink: Selections from the Xu Yongjin Donation" exhibition to fully present Xu Yongjin's creative journey, showcasing his evolving, lively, and diverse artistic style. Concurrently, we are presenting the "The Depth of Writing: Solo Exhibition by Ke Liang-Chih." Ke Liang-Chih is the winner of the first "Yokoyama Calligraphy Award." This exhibition breaks away from the conventional approach of categorizing and displaying calligraphy based on style or content. Instead, it features seven sets (pieces) of works created in various forms, including flat works, video installations, NFTs, and even interactive pieces inviting audience participation. These works may overlap and intersect in some areas, thereby radiating diverse perspectives on writing. |
| 2. | The aforementioned exhibitions will be held from July 16, 2022, to September 19, 2022, at the Yokoyama Museum of Calligraphy Art (No. 100, Daren Rd., Dayuan Dist., Taoyuan City).
