| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter dated July 13, 111 (2022), Ref. No. 1110090490. |
| II. | The Shih Hsin University General Education Committee, in collaboration with the Chinese Association for General Education, the University of Ricci, and other organizations, is hosting the "2022 General Education International Academic Conference: The Stirring of 21st Century University Ideals and Innovation in General Education." This conference invites scholars and experts from both domestic and international institutions to provide input on general education in Taiwanese universities through keynote speeches, round-table forums, paper presentations, and teacher interviews. The aim is to explore new perspectives on 21st-century university ideals, as well as the theory and practice of general education, and to continue promoting innovation in general education. |
| III. | This event will be conducted through diverse methods, integrating "technology" and "audio-visual" techniques. The conference content will be presented in a cinematic format, which is a pioneering initiative both domestically and internationally. It is hoped that this event will set a new benchmark for academic event organization in the context of endemic COVID-19. |
| IV. | The relevant information for the aforementioned training is as follows: |
| (1) | Event Time: From August 1 to August 31, 111 (2022). The first session will be held via Google Meet on August 1st. Subsequently, replays will be broadcast every Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, extending the event for one month with 10 sessions of the same agenda. |
| (2) | Event Location: Google Meet conference room (the meeting room link will be sent via email before 6:00 PM on July 28, 111 (2022)). |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: From now until July 27, 111 (2022). |
| (4) | Registration Website: https://reurl.cc/DykVvm. |
| (5) | Training Certificate: University and college teachers who attend the entire day will receive a 6-hour electronic training certificate mailed by the organizer. Repeated attendance will not result in additional hours. High school teachers, elementary and junior high school teachers, and civil servants from central and local government agencies (who have passed national examinations) who attend the entire session will receive 6 hours of training credit, which will be uploaded by the organizing unit through the "Ministry of Education's National Information Network for Teacher Professional Development" and the "Executive Yuan's Civil Service E-Learning Network." Repeated attendance will be credited for a maximum of 6 hours. |
