| I. | In accordance with the letter from the National Academy for Educational Research dated July 15, 111 (2022), Ref: Jiao Yan Zhi Zi No. 1111000767. |
| II. | The "2022 International Conference on Educational Leadership and Practice" will focus on the theme of "Educational Leadership: Global Citizenship and Social Justice." The conference will cover school management and leadership in early childhood education, elementary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools, and universities. The scope includes practical actions of educational leaders at the central, local, and school levels. |
| III. | Conference and Call for Papers Information: |

| 1. | Submission Deadline for Chinese Abstract: From now until Monday, September 12, 111 (2022). |
| 2. | Registration: From now until Monday, October 17, 111 (2022). |
| 3. | Conference Date: Friday, October 28, 111 (2022). |
| (2) | Format: |
| 1. | The conference will be conducted entirely via video conference. |
| 2. | Submission and Registration: All submissions and registrations must be done online. Conference website: 2022elpic.naer.edu.tw. |
| 3. | Public and civil servants who register and participate fully in the conference will be granted training hours by the National Academy for Educational Research. |
| IV. | The Bureau approves public (official) leave for teachers from public schools to attend the aforementioned conference, provided that their teaching duties are covered. Private schools should handle this matter according to their own authority. |
