| Subject: | The Hakka Affairs Council (hereinafter referred to as the HAC) has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to organize the "2022 Hakka Language Proficiency Intermediate and Advanced Certification" and the "2022 Hakka Language Proficiency Senior Certification." We encourage all affiliated personnel to actively register. Please be informed. |

| 1. | In accordance with the letter from National Taiwan Normal University, Ref. No. Shida Jin Zi No. 1111017367A, dated June 27, 2022. |
| 2. | The aforementioned certifications are scheduled to be held simultaneously on October 1, 2022 (Saturday). The registration period is from June 13, 2022 (Monday) to August 5, 2022 (Friday). |
| 3. | Registration is free for applicants aged 19 and under. A registration fee of NT$250 will be charged for applicants over 19 years old. Teachers in this city who pass the certification will receive a full refund of the registration fee and commendation. For civil servants who pass the certification, the HAC will provide separate incentive measures. |
| 4. | Attached are the "2022 2nd Hakka Language Proficiency Intermediate and Advanced Certification Syllabus" and the "2022 Hakka Language Proficiency Senior Certification Syllabus," each with one copy. For related incentive measures and registration information, please refer to the "Hakka Language Proficiency Intermediate, Advanced, and Senior Certification" website (https://hakka.sce.ntnu.edu.tw/hakka_high). |
