| 1. | In accordance with the minutes of the first preparatory meeting for the 111th academic year student music competition and teacher-student folk song competition in our city. |
| 2. | To cultivate teachers' and students' interest in learning folk songs and mother tongues, promote folk song teaching, and implement mother tongue music education, the important matters of the aforementioned competition are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Competition categories: Hokkien, Hakka, Indigenous, Southeast Asian (including songs sung in Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Burmese, Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, and Cambodian, excluding English songs). |
| (2) | Competition dates: November 11th (Friday) and 12th (Saturday), 111th academic year. |
| (3) | Competition venue: Taoyuan Hakka Culture Hall (Address: No. 500, Section 3, Zhongzheng Road, Longtan District, Taoyuan City). |
| (4) | Registration period: From September 1st (Thursday) to September 8th (Thursday), 111th academic year, until 5:00 PM (postmark date applies, late submissions will not be accepted). |
| (5) | Registration method: Online registration is required ( http://163.30.153.4/Index/index.asp ). After online registration, print and stamp the official registration form, then mail it via registered express mail to the Academic Affairs Office of Zhongzhen Elementary School to complete the registration process (please indicate "Teacher-Student Folk Song Competition Registration" on the envelope). |
| (6) | Drawing for performance order and designated songs: To be held at 2:00 PM on September 29th (Thursday), 111th academic year, at Dacheng Junior High School, Bade District, Taoyuan City. |
| (7) | Team leader meeting: To be held at 1:00 PM on November 4th (Friday), 111th academic year, in the audio-visual briefing room of the Hakka Culture Hall. |
| (8) | Amended in accordance with the implementation guidelines for the national teacher-student folk song competition in the 111th academic year: |
| 1. | Those who have won "Excellent" in the same category in the national competition for two consecutive years (107th and 110th academic years), or those who were unable to compete in the 110th academic year due to the pandemic but won "Excellent" in both the 106th and 107th academic years, may directly participate in the finals. However, if the self-selected song has won "Excellent" for two consecutive years, a new self-selected song must be chosen for the competition. Please complete the online registration within the finals registration period, submit the registration form according to the requirements of the preliminary competition organizer, and provide relevant supporting documents. | 2. | During the competition performance, except for staff, no one other than the competitors is allowed on stage. If participants violate order or epidemic prevention regulations, and it is confirmed by the judges' meeting, points will be deducted based on the severity of the violation.
