| Explanation: |
| I. | This is handled in accordance with the Bureau's official letter dated March 14, 111, No. 11100218881. |
| II. | The aforementioned plan is excerpted as follows (details can be found in the implementation plan): |
| (1) | Eligibility: |
| 1. | Junior High School Group: Students from all junior high schools in Taoyuan City, with a maximum of 2 students recommended per school. |
| 2. | Upper Elementary School Group: Upper elementary school students from all elementary schools in Taoyuan City, with a maximum of 2 students recommended per school. |
| 3. | Middle Elementary School Group: Middle elementary school students from all elementary schools in Taoyuan City, with a maximum of 2 students recommended per school. |
| (2) | Submission Period: From August 20, 111, to September 10 of the same year. |
| (3) | Theme of Submissions: The theme is "Respect for Teachers." The style of artwork is not limited and can include drawings of the most respected teacher or campus scenery, accompanied by a quote expressing respect for teachers, written on the artwork. |
| (4) | Artwork Specifications: |
| 1. | Artwork Size: 6cm x 18cm, orientation (horizontal or vertical) is not limited. |
| 2. | Paper type is not limited, and drawing media are not limited (oil painting, acrylic, watercolor, colored pencils, markers, pastels, etc. are all acceptable), but the artwork must be flat and hand-drawn only. Computer-generated art is not accepted. |
| 3. | A completed registration form (Attachment 1) must be attached to the back of the submitted artwork. The registration form can be photocopied. |
| (5) | Submission Location: Academic Affairs Section, Neili Junior High School, Taoyuan City (No. 108, Fuhua 1st St., Zhongli Dist., Taoyuan City 32069). |
| (6) | Awards: |
| 1. | Winning Students: There are 3 groups: Junior High School, Upper Elementary School, and Middle Elementary School. In each group, 3 "Special Excellence" awards, 5 "Excellence" awards, and 10 "Honorable Mention" awards will be given, along with trophies (or certificates) and gift certificates as encouragement. |
| (1) | Special Excellence: Awarded a trophy and a gift certificate of NT$1,200. |
| (2) | Excellence: Awarded a certificate and a gift certificate of NT$800. |
| (3) | Honorable Mention: Awarded a certificate and a gift certificate of NT$300. |
| 2. | Supervising Teachers: In accordance with the "Regulations for Performance Evaluation of Principals of Public Senior High Schools and Below," "Regulations for Performance Evaluation of Teachers of Public Senior High Schools and Below," and "Taoyuan City Regulations for Awards and Punishments for Staff of Municipal Schools and Kindergartens," supervising teachers of award-winning works will receive the following recognition: |
| (1) | For supervising students who win "Special Excellence": Awarded 2 commendations. |
| (2) | For supervising students who win "Excellence": Awarded 1 commendation. |
| (3) | For supervising students who win "Honorable Mention": Awarded 1 certificate. |
| (4) | For supervising teachers who are not public school employees but whose students' submissions are selected: Awarded 1 certificate. |
