Taoyuan Junior High School 111 Academic Year Summer Sports Club Enrollment Brochure

I. Purpose:To develop students' social skills, integrate subject learning, enrich leisure activities, and enhance self-awareness, in line with the 12-year basic education curriculum.Implement table tennis courses to promote diversified teaching.

II. Objectives:To develop students' social skills, enrich leisure activities, and enhance self-awareness through participation in table tennis activities, achieving the effect of learning through play and fostering a spirit of teamwork and sportsmanship.

III. Organizer:Taoyuan Junior High School Parent-Teacher Association.

IV. Co-organizer:Student Affairs Office, Life Education Section, Taoyuan Junior High School.

V. Target Audience:Anyone interested in table tennis is welcome to register.

VI. Course Dates:2022.08.15 - 2022.08.28, class times for each session are as indicated on the registration form.

VII. Location:Table Tennis Classroom, Taoyuan Junior High School.

IX. Instructors:Qualified table tennis professionals.

X. Refund Policy:(I) For refunds requested by students after registration and payment but before the start of the class, 90% of the paid fees will be refunded.

(II) For refunds requested within one-third of the course duration from the start date of the class, 50% of the paid fees will be refunded.

(III) No refunds will be issued for requests made after one-third of the course duration has passed.XI. Remarks:

If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 8,we will notify you separately whether the class will proceed. If the class is canceled, all fees paid will be fully refunded.

Table Tennis A: 08/15-08/26 (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) 13:00-14:30, Course Fee: NT$1200(7th-grade new students will be deducted on 8/24, paying NT$1000)

Table Tennis B: 08/15-08/26 (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) 10:30-12:00, Course Fee: NT$1200Table Tennis C: 08/06, 13, 20, 27 (Saturdays) 10:30-12:00, Course Fee: NT$1000.Table Tennis D: 08/07, 14, 21, 28 (Sundays) 10:30-12:00, Course Fee: NT$1000.，則另行通知是否開班，若無開班所繳交之費用全額退還。

 桌球A：08/15-08/26(每週一、三、五)13:00~14:30，上課費用1200元（七年級新生扣8/24，繳交1000元）

 桌球B：08/15-08/26(每週一、三、五)10:30~12:00，上課費用1200元

 桌球C：08/06、13、20、27(每週六)10:30~12:00，上課費用1000元。

 桌球D：08/07、14、21、28(每週日)10:30~12:00，上課費用1000元。
