For your information, the Ministry of Education has sent the draft amendment to the Principles for Handling Part-time Employment of Full-time Teachers in Public Schools at All Levels and the draft Measures for Handling Part-time Employment of Teachers with Administrative Positions in Schools under the Ministry of Education, each in one copy. If any teacher in our school has opinions, please fill out the opinion survey form (attached) and submit it to this office by noon on August 16, 111 (Republic of China calendar) to handle subsequent matters.

轉知有關教育部檢送公立各級學校專任教師兼職處理原則修正草案、教育部所屬各級學校兼任行政職務教師兼職處理辦法草案各1份，請本校教師如有意見，請於111年8月16日中午前填寫意見調查表(如附件)送本室辦理後續事宜。
說明：
一、依據教育部111年8月9日臺教人(二)字第1114202515B號書函辦理。
二、公務員服務法（以下簡稱公服法）於111年6月22日修正公布，基於公教權益衡平，並兼顧學生受教權益，爰教育部配合公服法第14條經營商業及第15條兼職等相關規定，修正「公立各級學校專任教師兼職處理原則」。
三、另為依公服法新增第26條第1項有關公立學校兼任行政職務教師不適用第14條及第15條規定，其經營商業、執行業務及兼課、兼職之範圍、限制、程序等相關事項之辦法，由各該主管機關所定之規定辦理，爰教育部擬具「教育部所屬各級學校兼任行政職務教師兼職處理辦法」草案。
