| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Marine Conservation Administration, Ocean Affairs Council, No. 1110007873, dated August 10, 111. |
| II. | The purpose of the aforementioned activity is to expand the benefits of the marine conservation education tour, by organizing workshops to train seed teachers, enabling them to understand the importance of marine conservation, and thereby transmitting marine conservation knowledge and concepts to elementary and secondary schools nationwide, promoting children's understanding of marine conservation and the environment. |
| III. | The schedule for the aforementioned activity is as follows: |
| (1) | September 7, 111 (Wednesday): Guandu Elementary School, Taipei City (including launch press conference, workshop, and teaching activities). |
| (2) | September 13, 111 (Tuesday): Yancheng Junior High School, Kaohsiung City (including workshop and teaching activities). |
| (3) | September 15, 111 (Thursday): Donghai Elementary School, Taitung City (teaching activities). |
| (4) | September 19, 111 (Monday): Fenggui Elementary School, Penghu County (teaching activities). |
| (5) | September 26, 111 (Monday): Kouhu Junior High School, Yunlin County (teaching activities). |
| IV. | Personnel participating in this case are requested to be granted official leave for registration by your school. |
