| 1. | In accordance with the 2022 Taoyuan City Hakka Language Proficiency Certification Group Registration Incentive Plan. |
| 2. | This competition is divided into 7 groups: first-level agencies of the city government, other agencies of the city government, universities, elementary and secondary schools, farmers' and fishermen's associations, villages, and private organizations. Two incentive mechanisms are planned: "Registration Certification Number Competition" and "Pass Rate Competition." For the "Registration Number Competition," the first place in each group will receive NT$8,000 in gift certificates and a certificate of commendation. For the "Pass Rate Competition," the top three in each group with a pass rate of 60% or more will receive NT$10,000 in gift certificates and a certificate of commendation. |
| 3. | Each unit is limited to registering 1 group, with a minimum of 15 participants per group. Each person is limited to participating in 1 group, and the examination location is limited to the Taoyuan examination center. |
