| I. | In accordance with the letter from our bureau, Ref: No. 1110234104, dated August 18, 111. |
| II. | To enable colleagues to grasp current trends and express themselves in English with ease by discussing diverse topics such as global novel and popular issues, the aforementioned training is organized to cultivate bilingual talents for our bureau. The training information is as follows: |
| (1) | Lecturer: Huang Zirou, professional English conversation lecturer at Taoyuan Community University. |
| (2) | Time: 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM on September 14 (Wednesday), September 19 (Monday), September 26 (Monday), October 3 (Monday), October 11 (Tuesday), October 17 (Monday), October 24 (Monday), and October 31 (Monday), 111. A total of 8 sessions, 24 hours. |
| (3) | Target Audience: Civil servants, contract employees, and temporary staff from various agencies and schools. |
| (4) | Location: Classroom 901, Taoyuan Industrial Association Training Center (9th Floor, No. 110, County Hall Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City). |
| III. | The following are important notes for the aforementioned training class. Please inform the trainees: |
| (1) | Please bring your employee ID card for check-in and check-out. To comply with environmental protection policies, please bring your own reusable cup. |
| (2) | In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our bureau will flexibly adjust the training dates and methods in a timely manner in accordance with the epidemic prevention guidelines announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center. Appropriate arrangements will be made for the venue and seating. On the day of the course, staff will measure body temperature and provide 75% alcohol for use to ensure everyone's health. |
| (3) | Trainees are requested to wear masks. If you have a fever or respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, sneezing), please do not attend the training. |
| IV. | Please have your school submit the information of participating colleagues (name, ID number, full name of service agency, title, email address) to the email address of the Education Bureau's contact person (10023225@ms.tyc.edu.tw) by Friday, August 26, 111. The Personnel Office of the Bureau will compile the information and proceed with the subsequent recommendation and registration. |
