| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Jiao Guo Zi Di 1110109595, dated August 29, 111. |
| II. | The Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education, in order to promote the use of the National Legal Database as a platform for legal education among junior high school, high school, vocational high school (including the first, second, and third grades of five-year junior colleges) students and teachers nationwide, are organizing the "National Legal Database Legal Knowledge King Online Challenge Competition" and the "National Legal Database Creative Teaching Competition." This aims to implement the grassroots development of legal education, assist teachers and students in junior high schools, high schools, vocational high schools, and five-year junior colleges in using the National Legal Database for legal education, achieve synergistic effects in promoting legal education, and establish a concept of knowing and abiding by the law. |
| III. | The key points of the aforementioned activities are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Legal Knowledge King Online Challenge Competition: |
| 1. | Participants: Students from junior high schools, high schools, and vocational high schools (including the first, second, and third grades of five-year junior colleges) nationwide, divided into "Junior High School Student Group" and "High School/Vocational High School Student Group." |
| 2. | Competition Format: A two-stage competition consisting of an online preliminary round and an on-site final. |
| 3. | Online Preliminary Round: From August 19, 111, to October 25, 111. |
| (2) | Creative Teaching Competition Activities: |
| 1. | Participants: Teachers from junior high schools, high schools, and vocational high schools (including five-year junior colleges) nationwide, divided into "Junior High School Group" and "High School/Vocational High School Group (including five-year junior colleges)." |
| 2. | Competition Format: Design lesson plans that integrate legal education-related issues using the "National Legal Database." The themes for this year's lesson plan selection are as follows: |
| (1) | Human rights, rule of law, and gender equality issues. |
| (2) | Major legislative amendment issues. |
| (3) | Crime prevention and drug control issues. |
| (4) | Other issues related to legal education. |
| 3. | Registration Period: From August 19, 111, to October 5, 111. |
