| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Secondary Education, letter dated August 23, 111 (2022), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1110108165. |
| II. | The Environmental Protection Administration aims to promote universal green living, hoping that all citizens can practice green living transformations in all aspects of food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, entertainment, and shopping. We invite teachers and students from high schools, junior high schools, and primary schools nationwide to promote green living actions from the school level, and to implement them in educational promotion through students' innovative ideas. |
| III. | The competition regulations for this case are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | "National High School Promotion of Universal Practice of Green Living Creative Speech Competition (High School Version): |
| 1. | Competition Content: Individual registration. Participants can propose diverse and innovative ideas for future net-zero green living models through various creative methods such as "acting", "speaking", "singing", and "dancing". |
| 2. | Competition Schedule: |
| (1) | Submission deadline: September 30, 111 (2022). |
| (2) | Announcement of selected list: By October 25, 111 (2022). |
| (3) | On-site speech finals: November 19, 111 (2022). |
| (2) | National High School and Primary School Promotion of Universal Practice of Green Living Speech Competition Regulations (Junior and Primary School Version): |
| 1. | Competition Content: The competition is divided into "Primary School Group" and "Junior High School Group", each divided into "Group Competition" and "Individual Competition". Through various creative methods such as "acting", "speaking", "singing", and "dancing", participants will share how to implement green living in family and campus life through creative performances, demonstrating creative promotion of universal green living. |

| (2) | Announcement of selected list: By December 30, 111 (2022). |
| (3) | On-site speech finals: February 18, 112 (2023). |
