I. Purpose:To develop students' social skills, integrate learning across subjects, enrich leisure activities, and enhance self-awareness, in line with the 12-year basic education, to implement diversified teaching and conduct basketball and table tennis courses.

IV. Target Audience:Students in grades 7, 8, and 9 of this school who are interested in basketball and table tennis are welcome to register.

V. Course Dates:2022.09.14 - 2023.01.04, basketball 18 sessions, 9th-grade basketball only 12 sessions, table tennis 12 sessions.

VI. Course Fees and Location: Basketball NT$2100, 9th-grade basketball NT$1500, Table Tennis NT$2100. Location: Taoyuan Junior High School basketball court, table tennis classroom.

VII. Registration Method:

( I) Time: From now until September 8, 2022 (Thursday) at 12:00 PM.

( II) Location: Taoyuan Junior High School Student Affairs Office, Student Guidance Section.

( III) Registration Procedure: Submit the "Taoyuan Junior High School 111 Academic Year 1st Semester Sports Clubs Registration Form and Course Fees."

VIII. Instructors:Professional instructors with expertise in basketball and table tennis.

IX. Refund Policy:

( I) For students who apply for a refund after registration and payment but before the course starts, 90% of the paid fees will be refunded.

( II) For students who apply for a refund within one-third of the course duration from the start date, 50% of the paid fees will be refunded.

( III) If a refund is requested after more than one-third of the course duration has passed, no refund will be issued.

X. Remarks:If the number of registered participants for a session is less than20 for basketball and 12 for table tennis, participants will be notified by phone whether the class will proceed. If the class is canceled, the fees paid will be refunded in full.
