| 1. | Announcement of Finalists: Wednesday, October 12, 111. |
| 2. | Second Review (Finals): Saturday, October 29, 111 and Sunday, October 30, 111. |
| 3. | Award Ceremony and Achievement Presentation: Wednesday, December 7, 111. |
| (5) | Subsidy: Teams that reach the finals will be subsidized for document photocopying costs. |
