| I. | In accordance with the official letter from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University dated September 2, 2022, reference number 1110036929. |
| II. | To promote the concept of shared education in Taiwan and foster online learning for high schools, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, through the ewant platform, integrates MOOCs from universities and collaborates with the Chinese International Innovation Education Resources Exchange Association website to launch the 14th "National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Secondary Talent Cultivation Program." |
| III. | Program Objectives: To provide secondary school students with a learning pathway to broaden their personal competencies and explore professional fields before entering university. |
| IV. | Program Content: The 14th program includes: (1) Physics Science Talent Cultivation Program, (2) Physics Talent Cultivation Program, (3) Information Talent Cultivation Program, (4) Statistics Talent Cultivation Program, (5) Humanities and Social Sciences Talent Cultivation Program, (6) Psychology Talent Cultivation Program, (7) Traditional Chinese Medicine Talent Cultivation Program, (8) Biology Talent Cultivation Program, (9) Game Design Talent Cultivation Program, (10) Big Data Talent Cultivation Program, (11) Programming Talent Cultivation Program. |
| V. | Learning Method: Online courses on the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University ewant open education platform, interactive online lectures, online assignments and quizzes, and a final in-person assessment. Upon completion and passing the assessment standards for each program, a "Certificate of Completion" or "Certificate of Study" from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University will be awarded. |
| VI. | Course Dates: October 2022 to December 2022. Please refer to the program website https://ewanths.nycu.edu.tw for detailed course descriptions for each program. |
| VII. | The program operates on a first-come, first-served basis until full. Registration period: From now until September 30, 2022. |
| VIII. | Number of Participants and Registration Method: 50 students will be admitted for each program, on a first-come, first-served basis until full. For detailed registration methods, please refer to Attachment 1, the program brochure. |
| IX. | For students from low-income families or those receiving low-income or minimum living support, both the application fee and course fees are waived for all programs. (Please provide proof of low-income status or low-income household certificate). For registration details, please refer to the attached program brochure. |
| X. | School Group Registration: Teachers can initiate school group registration on the program's registration website. After approval, students from that school will receive group registration discounts regardless of the number of participants, and the application fee will be waived. Individual Group Registration: Students can initiate individual group registration on the registration website. A group of five or more students will receive group registration discounts, and the application fee will be waived. |
