| 1. | This is in accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government Fire Bureau dated September 7, 111 (2022), document number 1110027133. |
| 2. | We request your school's assistance in promoting the following: |
| (1) | Please embed the official website of the Taoyuan Disaster Prevention Education Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") (https://tydec.com.tw/), its Facebook fan page URL (https://www.facebook.com/TYGODEC/), and the electronic event poster flyer (as attached) onto your school's official website. Additionally, please post the visiting information on school announcement boards, electronic displays, or through other diverse promotional methods. |
| (2) | Please promote the Center during important school gatherings such as Parent-Teacher Education Day and joint community-school sports events. |
| 3. | Given the increasing number of new immigrant residents in our city, and to collectively enhance their disaster preparedness awareness and knowledge while respecting multiculturalism, the Center also provides DM guides in four languages: Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Indonesian. |
| 4. | In conjunction with the National Disaster Prevention Month, the Center will be hosting a series of themed activities from September 1 to October 31 of this year (111). These activities will feature rich experiential programs and giveaways. We kindly request your assistance in disseminating this information. |
| 5. | Attached are the elementary school learning worksheets for the Taoyuan Disaster Prevention Education Center, the electronic guide DM, and the flyer for the Disaster Prevention Month series of activities. |
