| 2. | The online lecture mentioned above features Mr. Chen Chen-yu, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, and Mr. Chang Chih-hsin, Head of the Slope and Flood/Drought Group at the National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction. Both speakers are distinguished experts who have contributed to national disaster prevention and mitigation for many years. They will deliver keynote speeches in a focused dialogue format during this lecture. |
