| II. | Event details are as follows: |
| (1) | Participants: |
| 1. | Male and female scouts of all levels nationwide. |
| 2. | Scout leaders. |
| 3. | General public (all who identify with this event are welcome to participate). |
| (2) | Donation method (hair cutting to be done by participants): |
| 1. | Please mail or deliver the hair bundles to the contact person of each co-organizing group by October 17, 111 (Monday) (refer to Article 13 of the program). |
| 2. | Alternatively, you can deliver it in person on the day of the donation ceremony, October 23, 111 (Sunday), to the Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation (2nd Floor, No. 240-1, Guangming Road, Beitou District, Taipei City). |
